The Henry Hotel

Henry “Hanky” Lee III, Chairman of Innovoterra Properties, Inc. also known as The Henry Hotel’s Innkeeper, caught leisure travelers’ fancies in 2012 with The Henry Hotel Cebu, an “unloved space” outside Ma. Luisa Subdivision in Banilad City and transformed into 62-room accommodations marked by a bold vintage meets industrial aesthetic. Two years later, he charmed his sophisticated market anew with The Henry Hotel Manila, post war homes in a private compound on F.B. Harrison in Pasay City that was repurposed into a 34-room urban oasis that beautifully captures the look and feel of modern nostalgia.

Now the pioneering Filipino boutique hotel brand, The Henry, offers a “like no other” hospitality experience with properties full of character and soul. Making its mark in the highly competitive hospitality industry are its multi-awarded hotels in Manila and Cebu.

Continuing its mission to provide consistent “Like No Other” guest experience, The Henry Hotel also positions itself as the first Filipino boutique hotel brand that showcases the 3Ps –the People, Place and the Philippines in all its properties. By year 2020, The Henry Hotel aims to open eight more properties all over the Philippines while positioning itself as a developer and manager of hotels and resorts.

Before venturing into hospitality, Hanky co-founded the wildly successful Yellow Cab Pizza Co. in 2001 and was owner until 2011 when he sold to a listed company. At present, Hanky is the President for EO (Entrepreneurs Organization - Philippines) – the world’s most influential community of entrepreneurs with presence in 60 countries, having 14,000+ influential business owners as members.
